Overview

An AI voice sales system built on n8n and GoHighLevel. It calls inbound leads, qualifies prospects, triggers CRM actions, retries unanswered and voicemail calls for up to three days, and books qualified leads into discovery calls.

How it works

New leads are picked up automatically and called by a voice agent. Unanswered and voicemail calls are retried for up to three days. The agent qualifies the prospect, the workflow executes the matching CRM actions in GoHighLevel, and qualified leads are booked into discovery calls.

04

Challenges

Version 1 used Vapi. Production testing exposed latency limitations, so the architecture was reviewed and the voice layer was migrated from Vapi to ElevenLabs. Twilio telephony was integrated, together with a custom monitoring dashboard for calls, minutes, costs, and business returns.

05

Outcome

2
Qualified bookings
2
Closed opportunities

The agent generated 2 qualified discovery bookings, and both opportunities converted into closed business.

06

Reflection

The first design is rarely the final design. Production testing is what exposed the latency problem, and the fix meant updating both the implementation and the architecture drawing.
